Make your own Canvas Prints

This is one of my favorite craft projects to do. I've made so many for myself I've lost count, and as an added plus they make great gifts for anyone, for any occasion. It looks complicated and takes awhile to get the hang of, but once you get a process down it's super quick and simple.

Here are the steps:

Step One:
Set up the image on your computer. I just use Microsoft Word. Make sure you set your image size to the size of your canvas, or a little bit bigger.

Step Two:
Tape a piece of tissue paper to completely cover a piece of 8.5' x 11' paper.

Step Three:
Print out your image onto the piece of tissue paper.

Step Four:
Cut out your image.

Step Five:
Cover your canvas with a thin layer of Mod Podge. Then line up your image with the canvas and carefully place your image onto the surface.

Step Six:
Lightly rub your fingers in an circular motion over the image to remove any air bubbles.

Step Seven:
Once the surface is dry, cover it with a layer of Mod Podge. It goes on white, but will dry clear.

When It's 100% Dry You're Done!
